COC: Certificate of Conformance

A COC is a conformity statement issued by the manufacturer to confirm that the product has strictly followed all relevant technical standards and inspection specifications during production and quality control. It verifies that all key performance indicators meet the required quality criteria. The COC reflects consistency and compliance throughout manufacturing and serves as the manufacturer’s formal commitment to product quality and stability. 

COA: Certificate of Analysis

A COA is issued by the Quality Control (QC) department based on actual test results. It provides detailed recorded data and conclusions for key physical, chemical, or biological performance indicators. The COA is a direct manifestation of the product’s “testing authenticity” and is a critical reference for ensuring the reliability and reproducibility of data in scientific research.

COC ensures that the product’s manufacturing process complies with quality standards and serves as proof of consistency and regulatory compliance.

• Upgrade 1:

A dedicated COA QR code has been added to the product's outer packaging.

Simply scan the QR code using WeChat or your phone’s built-in camera, and you will be directed to the COA/COC document download page.

• Upgrade 2:

The QR code automatically matches the item number and lot number, removing the need for any manual input.

This upgrade is designed to improve the user experience and significantly increase efficiency—no additional steps or applications are required.

The product’s outer carton label continues to include all key product information, manufacturing details, and UDI codes. The only addition is the new COA QR code marker.

User Guide

1. Locate the “COA QR Code” icon on the product packaging.
2. Scan the QR code using WeChat or your phone’s camera.
3. The system will automatically recognize the product item number and lot number; select the file you want to download.
4. Click Download to obtain the COA/COC/irradiation documents.
